Joe from JWSurveys came to do an evaluation of our 200yr old farmhouse after we'd had some alarming survey reports whilst having it on the market for sale. He was very approachable, friendly and wonderfully sensible in evaluating the house and where it's problems were. We were able to embark on a renovation path which was removing 50+ years of works which had all been 'improvements' but were in fact detrimental to the fabric of the house and were in fact massively contributing to it's current problems. He has been very helpful in answering questions from our builders in the best way to go about solving some of our issues. We will save many thousands of pounds not doing unnecessary work and hopefully have a house to comfortably last another hundred years!
