Building Surveys
We know that your property is your most valuable asset. We have a vast amount of experience in carrying out building surveys using a wide range of specialist equipment such as thermo- hygrometers, thermal imaging cameras and calcium carbide meters and have undertaken a number of “expert witness” surveys.
We have a good understanding of conservation principles and philosophy and ensure that our recommendations are appropriate, practical and sensitive and adopt a minimal intervention approach.
Our surveys are carried out in accordance with BS 7913: – Guide to the Conservation of Historic Buildings (British Standard).
We also use pole cameras to access areas of the building which cannot be viewed easily or at all from ground level.
